Terms and Conditions for $99 Website Offer

Eligibility
- This offer is available to new clients only.
- Existing clients are not eligible for this promotional rate.
Offer Details
- The promotional price is $99.
- This package includes:
  - A custom landing page.
  - A TLD domain name (subject to availability).
  - A professionally designed logo.
- The deliverables will be completed within 24-48 hours from the time of order confirmation.
Payment Terms
- Full payment of $99 is required upfront before any work commences.
- Payments are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and work has begun.
Domain Name
- The TLD (Top-Level Domain) included in the package is subject to availability.
- If the preferred domain name is unavailable, we will work with the client to choose an alternative.
- The domain name will be registered for one year. Renewal fees after the first year are the client’s responsibility.
Design and Approval
- Clients will be provided with a draft of the landing page and logo for review.
- One round of revisions is included in the offer. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Approval must be given within 24 hours of receiving the drafts to meet the 24-48 hour delivery timeframe.
Delivery Timeline
- The 24-48 hour delivery timeframe starts from the moment the order is confirmed and payment is received.
- Any delays in client communication or approval may extend the delivery timeline.
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, all rights to the custom landing page, domain name, and logo will be transferred to the client.
- We retain the right to use the design for promotional purposes, with proper credit given to the client.
Liability
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services.
- Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the service.
Modification of Terms

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order is confirmed and work has begun, cancellations are not permitted.

- This package includes daily posts on up to three social media platforms.
- The platforms covered include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Duration of Service
- The service is billed on a monthly basis.
- Clients must commit to a minimum of three months to qualify for this offer.
- After the initial three-month period, the service will continue at the regular rate of $250 per month unless canceled by the client.
Payment Terms
- Payment for the first month must be made in full before services commence.
- Subsequent payments will be billed monthly in advance.
- Payments are non-refundable once the service period begins.
Content Creation and Approval
- Daily posts will be created based on the client’s brand guidelines and content strategy.
- Clients will have the opportunity to review and approve content before it is published.
- Any revisions must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled posting time.
Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel the service at any time after the initial three-month commitment period.
- To cancel, clients must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance.
- No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.
Intellectual Property
- All content created as part of this service remains the property of the client.
- Clients grant us the right to use created content for promotional purposes, with proper credit given to the client.
