1. Agreement Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern the Premium Web Management services provided by ATX Web Developer. By proceeding with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below, designed to provide a transparent, hands-off digital partnership.
2. Free Mockup & Onboarding
To eliminate upfront risk, we offer a free custom website mockup prior to final commitment.
- Clients may review the free web design mockup before choosing a monthly retainer plan.
- If you choose to proceed, free site migration of your existing website is included.
3. Monthly Retainer Plans
Our services operate on simple, transparent retainers. Clients may choose from the following tiers:
- Managed Foundation ($249/mo): Includes high-speed cloud hosting, continuous security, weekly maintenance, daily backups, and up to 1 hour of monthly on-demand content edits.
- Full Growth Partner ($1,149/mo): Includes all Foundation features, plus a complete modern site redesign, priority turnaround on edits, Google Business Profile optimization, and monthly social media content.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
We believe in absolute transparency regarding your digital assets.
- You retain 100% ownership of your domains, creative assets, and content.
- If you ever decide to move your site to a different provider, there are no exit fees or locked files.
5. Term, Cancellation & Adjustments
Our partnerships are built on earned trust, not legal lock-ins.
- There are no long-term contracts.
- Services are billed on a month-to-month basis, and you may cancel or adjust your plan at any time.
6. Edits, Maintenance & Support
Our goal is to act as your turnkey web and technical department.
- You may request edits or updates by simply sending an email or text message outlining the changes needed.
- Standard edits (swapping photos, updating pricing, adding services) are executed on-demand by our team.
7. Liability & Uptime
While we utilize enterprise-grade cloud servers to target 99.9% uptime and conduct continuous malware monitoring, ATX Web Developer is not liable for revenue losses due to unforeseen third-party server outages, zero-day vulnerabilities, or external service disruptions outside of our direct control.
