Welcome to your Client Area! This dashboard is the central command center for your entire relationship with us. Whether you need to launch a new project, pay an invoice, manage a domain, or open a support ticket, everything is accessible right from this main screen.
Navigating a new dashboard can sometimes feel overwhelming, so we’ve broken down the key sections of your Client Area to help you get the most out of your account tools.
1. The Quick-Status Tiles
At the very top of your dashboard, you will see four distinct, color-coded tiles. These provide an instant snapshot of your account's health and active items:
- Services: The total number of active hosting plans, care plans, or subscription services you currently have with us. Clicking this takes you to your product management screen.
- Domains: Your registered, transferred, or managed domain names. This section lets you quickly update nameservers or fetch EPP codes.
- Tickets: Any active or past support requests. If a technician is waiting on your reply, you'll see a notification count here.
- Invoices: This shows unpaid or outstanding balances. A green zero means you are completely paid up and current!
2. The Sidebar Navigation & Shortcuts
The left-hand sidebar (or top navigation bar on mobile devices) is your primary tool for deep-diving into specific account features:
- Billing: Access your full invoice history, update stored credit cards or payment methods, and manage automated renewals.
- Support: Open a new ticket, view previous ticket resolutions, or browse our full Knowledge Base for self-service guides.
- Account Details: Update your primary email, change your password, or add secondary contacts/users (perfect if you want to give a developer access to your billing or support without sharing your main password).
3. High-Priority Notifications & Actions
Directly below the main tiles, the dashboard dynamically surfaces urgent action items so you never miss an important update:
Pro-Tip: Automated Ticket Deflection
When you go to open a support ticket from your dashboard, our system scans your subject line in real-time to suggest relevant Knowledge Base articles. You can often find the exact solution you need instantly without waiting for a technician's reply!
- Active Shortcuts: Quickly jump directly into your web hosting control panel, check your email account configurations, or renew a domain that is nearing expiry.
- Unpaid Invoices Banner: If an invoice is due, a prominent reminder will appear here with a 1-click "Pay Now" option to prevent any automatic service disruptions.
4. Keeping Your Dashboard Secure
Because your Client Area controls your live web infrastructure, billing data, and domains, keeping it secure is our highest priority. We strongly recommend taking two minutes to review your security settings:
- Navigate to Account > Security Settings in the top-right menu dropdown.
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using an app like Google Authenticator or 1Password.
- Ensure any third-party developers or team members are given their own unique sub-account access rather than sharing your master login credentials.
