Upon full payment for the Services, the Client will own the final website design and development output. However, ATX Web Developer retains the right to use and distribute any underlying code, designs, or software that were created by ATX Web Developer and used in the development of the Client’s website for other projects or purposes.
The Client is entitled to a specified number of revisions of the work, as outlined in the Service Agreement. Once the Client has approved the final version of the website, or if the allowed number of revisions has been exhausted, any further changes may be subject to additional charges.
Either party may terminate the Service Agreement if the other party breaches these Terms and fails to correct such breach within a reasonable timeframe. In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for payment for any Services provided up to the point of termination.
